The Barefoot Rundown:

Cape Tribulation + Daintree Rainforest Day Tour Feedback:

Amazing day exploring the rainforest!

Me and my friend had the best day on the Cape Tribulation and Daintree tour. Adam was great and so informative and spotted so much wildlife. We saw a crocodile in the river and swam in Mossman Gorge, fed the wallabies and visited some amazing beauty spots. Would recommend to anyone visiting Cairns/Port Douglas!

We did two tours this week and it was absolutly amazing!

First we did the rainforest tour, this was such a fun day. Highlight of that day was the Mila Mila Waterfall, go swim under the waterfall and you are in paradise! The Josephine Waterfall was also fun, you could slide of the rocks. Our tourguide Buzzy was so great and joined us everytime in the water. That is what makes him such a special tourguide compared to our other tourguides in Australia: he loves his job and you can tell he is from this area. We wanted to go to Cape Tribulation and Port Douglas as well, and after this rainforest tour with Buzzy we decided to go for another tour with him! This tour was more educational compared to the rainforest tour. Buzzy loved to answer all our questions and he knows so much about this area and locals! He worked with aboriginal communities here and that is why you definitely should do this tour with Buzzy! The groups were small, so it is easy to interact with everyone in the group. Highlight of this day were the crocodiles, we saw five of them in the Daintree River! Thanks Buzzy, we had a great time!

Fun and educational trip

Our tour guide, Adam, was very personable, likeable, and entertaining; there was no cheesy canned jokes as is often the case with many other tours. He provided lots of helpful information, and was clearly knowledgeable of all aspects of the culture, traditions, flora, fauna, and wildlife of the region. Although a full day trip, it seemed to go by quickly as we had so many unique and captivating experiences. I highly recommend this tour. Scottish Girls

Best day tour in Cairns!

I was in a small group of 7 people for the daintree rainforest trip on a rainy day, didn't expect to see much but it turned out to be a really amazing trip with lots of beautiful natural scenery photos, we saw cassowaries, wallabies, crocodiles, green stick insect and butterflies, the highlight is to watch the daddy cassowary walked cross the road in front of our tour bus with the baby cassowary following. I also got to know lots of interesting stories and fun facts about each location and animal. Highly recommended to people who are interested to gain some background knowledge and history of the rainforest more than just taking photos! A big thank you to our lovely tour guide Buzzy with quite extensive knowledge and patience for my millions of questions and it does make my cairn's adventure wonderful and unforgettable! Can't wait to go back to cairns when it's a sunny day and not completely wet. This tour lifted my spirits and made up for the fact the weather was really bad, I extend my thanks to Buzzy!

Both tours were perfect

I took part in both their tours with Buzzy. This is honestly best company to do these tours.(I saw many other companies especially on our way to Cape Tribulation and I was always happy that I was with Rainforest Spirits when I observed their guide/group) Waterfalls tour is more like a fun day and Cape Tribulation is more informative and instructive tour. We were lucky to see cassowaries, crocodiles, wallabies and a lot of other Australian animal species, and swim at many locations on both tours. Buzzy was hands down best tour guide that I had while travelling 3 months Australia/Oceania. Both tours felt like traveling with friends because there is only maximum 11 passengers and one awesome guide. I just couldn´t find their Facebook-page to add few photos from our waterfalls day.
